Laundry tip:
To keep your garment beautiful, it needs love, attention and care. The best thing would be to never wash your garment, but we understand that your garment needs a little freshening up. So always wash your garment on cold and on a low spin setting and never put your garment in the dryer.

P.S. Every garment has its own washing instructions. This was just a tip from us, so check the washing label carefully.

- Shipping costs in NL are €4,95 instead of €6,95. For Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, AMAYA AMSTERDAM charges € 9.95 per order.  
- ONLINE POP-UP ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED (!!!). If you do return your order then it goes straight back to sender.

NEW COLLECTION DELIVERY: 
- Order before 16:00 on business days, delivered in 1-2 business days.

- Order after 16:00 on business days, your order will be completed the next day and from that day on, delivered in 1-2 business days

- Ordered over the weekend, your order will be completed on Monday and from Monday onwards, delivered in 1-2 business days

Your order will be delivered in The Netherlands within 1-2 working days. The shipping costs are € 6,95 per order. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions how to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
For Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, AMAYA Amsterdam charges € 8.95 per order.  
RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. You can then contact us by e-mail klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com or via our live chat. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, the cancellation is final.
