Where can I find my order confirmation? I didn't receive it.

After you've placed your order, the order confirmation will be in your inbox within an hour. If not, check your spam folder or send an email to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com .

Can I change or cancel my order after order placement?

It is not possible to change or cancel your order after placement. If you really want to change or cancel something, please send an email to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com this way we can try to help you as fast as we can.

My order arrived, but something is missing or defect. What should I do?

First of all our apologies for not receiving your order correctly. Please send an email (with pictures attached if needed) to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com . We will make sure to find the matching solution.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I adjust this?

If you need to change the shipping address please make sure to send an email to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com we will try to help you as soon as possible.

What payments methods does AMAYA Amsterdam accept?

At AMAYA Amsterdam we accept the following payment methods; iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa and American Express.

The item I want to order is out of stock, what can I do?

When an item is not in stock anymore, you can register via the 'Notify Me When Available' button to get an e-mail when it's back in stock. An item might be back when returned.

Is there a AMAYA Amsterdam store or a selling point near me?

We do not have an AMAYA Amsterdam store, but we do have a lot of selling points. Via the Store Locator you can check your nearest option.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order on a business day before 16:00 the order will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Ordered on a business day after 16:00 , your order will be completed the next day and from that day on, delivered in 1-2 business days.

Ordered over the weekend, your order will be completed on Monday and from Monday onwards, delivered in 1-2 business days.

Is it possible to send my order to a Pick Up point?

Yes you can choose whether you want to receive your order at home or at a pick up point.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6,95.

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be delivered in 1-2 working days. 

Orders placed on business days after 16:00 will be packed the next day. And delivered in 1-2 working days.

Order placed during the weekend will be completed on Monday and from Monday onwards, delivered in 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanged can be made within 14 working days of receiving your order. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packing.

When will I receive my payment refund after returning my order?

Your return will be refunded and completed within 14 workings days after receiving .

Can I still return my parcel when the return period is expired?

Unfortunately this is not possible anymore after 14 working days. 

In very exceptional situations you can send an email to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com .

Do I have to pay for returning my parcel?

You need to pay +/- €6,95 when you register your order (depending on your location).

When you send your entire order back you will reveive the shipping costs back in your total refund.

Do I have to pay for exchanging an item?

Exchanging costs are on us.

Can I return two orders in one package?

Unfortunately this isnot possible. Our warehouse can only handle 1 return at the time. When you combine 2 orders in 1 package, only 1 will be processed.

What's the best way to take care of my AMAYA Amsterdam items?

The best way to take care of your items is to follow the washing intrustions. You can find them in the care label in your garment or online under 'washing intrustions'.

I'm not sure about what size to order, can you advise me?

You can chat with us 24/7 via the chat box on our website in the bottom right corner. We will try to advise and help you as best as we can.

How do I use my discount code?

You can apply your discount code at check out.

Can I use multiple discount codes for 1 order?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can only use 1 discount code at the time.

Where can I report a complaint about an item?

Our apologies that your order was not as you wished for. Please send an e-mail to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com with the reason and pictures of your item. We will make sure to solve the issue as best as possible.

What is the warranty period for for my AMAYA Amsterdam products?

You can always send an e-mail to klantenservice@amaya-amsterdam.com regarding your issue, please attach pictures for reference.

If the complaint is about an item that's not online anymore, we can't help you anymore unfortunately.
